Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced Thursday that he is suing Pfizer for âunlawfully misrepresentingâ Covid-19 vaccine efficacy and conspiring to censor public discourse.
âPfizer engaged in false, deceptive, and misleading acts and practices by making unsupported claims regarding the companyâs COVID-19 vaccine in violation of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act,â Paxton (pictured above) said in a press release.

The AG said Pfizerâs claim that its product possessed 95 percent efficacy against infection was âhighly misleadingâ
âThat metric represented a calculation of the so-called ârelative risk reductionâ for vaccinated individuals in Pfizerâs initial, two-month clinical trial results,â: Paxton said in the release. âFDA publications indicate ârelative risk reductionâ is a misleading statistic that âunduly influence[s]â consumer choice.â
Not only did Pfizerâs product fail to protect against infection, it appeared to prolong the pandemic, the AG pointed out.
âCOVID-19 cases increased after widespread vaccine administration, and some areas saw a greater percentage of deaths from COVID-19 among the vaccinated population than the unvaccinated,â he said.
âWe are pursuing justice for the people of Texas, many of whom were coerced by tyrannical vaccine mandates to take a defective product sold by lies,â Attorney General Paxton said.
According to the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS), as of October 27, 2023, there have been 36,501 deaths, 211,257 hospitalizations, 5,055 miscarriages, 20,983 heart attacks, and 68,416 people permanently disabled due to the COVID-19 injections.
Paxton also accused Pfizer of engaging in a campaign to silence and intimidate people who spoke out against the vaccine.
The AG said that âwhen it became apparent that its vaccine was failing and the viability of its cash cow was threatened,â Pfizer responded by âintimidating those spreading the truth and by conspiring to censor its critics.â
Pfizer labeled as criminals those who who spread facts about the vaccine. It accused them of spreading âmisinformation.â And it coerced social media platforms to silence prominent truth-tellers.
Paxron launched an investigation into Pfizer and other vaccine manufacturers earlier this year.
In a statement Thursday, Pfizer claimed Paxtonâs lawsuit has âno merit.â
âPfizer is deeply committed to the well-being of the patients it serves and has no higher priority than the safety and effectiveness of its treatments and vaccines. Since its initial authorization by FDA in December 2020, the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine has been administered to more than 1.5 billion people, demonstrated a favorable safety profile in all age groups, and helped protect against severe COVID-19 outcomes, including hospitalization and death. The representations made by the company about its COVID-19 vaccine have been accurate and science-based,â Pfizer said in a statement.
In the past year, however, multiple studies have shown that Pfizer did not disclose that its COVID shots are contaminated with DNA fragments.
Pfizer and Modernaâs lack of transparency regarding DNA contamination in its COVID-19 shots âmeets the criteria for evidence of fraud,â according to the doctor who invented the mRNA vaccine technology upon which the products are based.
âThey [Pfizer and Moderna] absolutely did know about the existence of SV40 sequences,â vaccinologist Dr. Robert Malone told Republican lawmakers during a livestream House hearing earlier this month. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) led the event to examine injuries and deaths caused by COVID-19 vaccinations.
In a recent interview with Epoch Times, Idaho pathologist Dr. Ryan Cole accused Pfizer defrauded regulators and the public by executing a âbait and switchâ of its product.
Cole said Pfizerâs clinical trials involved âa very synthetic PCR type process in making what makes up the mRNA sequence for these shots.â
âThatâs what was given to 40,000 peopleâthis very deliberate synthetic, engineered attempt at precision type process,â he explained. âIn terms of getting a lot of this made for billions of people, a second process was used.â
Cole said that the second process relied on âthe complimentary DNA sequenceâ and was only tested on about 252 people.
Multiple studies have found that the amount of DNA contamination in the mRNA injections exceed what regulators consider acceptable.
âSo there was a big olâ switcheroo,â the doctor said. âWe did the trials on this very controlled, synthetic process, and at the last minute, we snuck in under the radar and said, âbut weâre going to make all the rest of them using something we barely tested.â
The Pfizer COVID-19 âvaccineâ injected into billions of arms was not the same one used in Pfizerâs clinical trials.
There was a "bait and switch." The clinical trials tested "Process 1" while the public received "Process 2."
And what they never told you is that "Process 2" was⌠pic.twitter.com/9bnr2wIxm6
